1. Adding Built-in Commands:

Right-click on any command in the ribbon.
Select “Add to Quick Access Toolbar” from the context menu.

Click on the small arrow at the end of the Quick Access Toolbar.
Choose commands from the list, and they will be added to the toolbar.

2. Adding Custom Commands:

If the command you want to add is not in the ribbon, you can customize the toolbar further.
Click on the small arrow at the end of the Quick Access Toolbar.
Choose “More Commands” from the menu.
In the Word Options dialog box, select the command you want to add from the left column and click the “Add > >” button.
Click “OK” to save your changes.
Removing Commands from the Quick Access Toolbar:

To remove a command from the Quick Access Toolbar, right-click on the command, and select “Remove from Quick Access Toolbar.”
