SSC Constable GD Constable Recruitment: Staff Selection Commission has issued a notice regarding Constable GD Recruitment 2025. The Commission has said that October 14 is the last date of application for this recruitment. But candidates should not wait for the last day. Instead, fill the form as soon as possible. The Commission has said that there is heavy traffic on the website around the last date of application. This may cause problems in applying. The Commission has clarified that the last date of application will not be extended under any circumstances. Application has to be made by visiting the Commission’s website https://ssc.gov.in/.
Please note that after applying for SSC Constable GD recruitment, corrections in the form can be made till 11 pm on 7th November. The first phase of computer based examination for this recruitment will be held in January-February next year. Last year, 47 lakh 45 thousand 501 candidates had applied for Constable GD recruitment.
More than 39 thousand constable GD will be recruited
A total of 39481 vacant posts will be recruited under SAC Constable GD Recruitment 2025. Recruitment for the posts of Constable GD, Rifleman GD and Constable are in CAPF, SSF and Assam Rifles.
Age limit for constable GD recruitment
The age limit for SSC Constable GD Recruitment 2025 is 18 to 23 years. SC/ST will get 5 years relaxation, OBC will get three years relaxation and ex-servicemen will also get three years relaxation.
Qualification for Constable GD Recruitment
For Constable GD recruitment, candidates should have passed 10th from a recognized board. Candidates must have passed 10th class on or before 1 January 2025.
Application fee for constable GD recruitment
The application fee for SSC Constable GD recruitment is Rs 100. Application is free for SC/ST, Ex-Servicemen and women candidates. The last date of application is 14 October, but the application fee can be deposited till 11 pm on 15 October.
