pilibhit: A tiger has become synonymous with terror in the Sharda Par area of Pilibhit for the last several days. According to the information, this tiger has attacked and injured two people in the last 10 days. This tiger has been camping among the population for the last several weeks. Due to which there is an atmosphere of panic among the people. Recently, the video of this tiger’s walk has surfaced on social media.
In fact, due to the continuously increasing number of tigers in Pilibhit and other areas of Terai, there has been an increase in the movement of wildlife among the population. In the past, the area adjacent to the Mala Range of Pilibhit Tiger Reserve had become a hot spot for incidents of tiger attacks. Meanwhile, now all the villages of Sharda Par area are under the threat of tiger. On October 2, this tiger had attacked a laborer working at a farm house. A laborer was seriously injured in the attack. Exactly 5 days later, this tiger attacked a woman who had gone to collect fodder for the animals. There is an atmosphere of panic in the area after the serial attacks.
Let us tell you that this entire area is adjacent to the border of Sampoornanagar Forest Range of Kheri district. In such a situation, the entire action in this matter has to be taken by the forest department of Kheri district. Amidst all this, a video of a tiger roaming in the area has surfaced on social media. In which the tiger is seen coming out of the fields.
Giving more information on the entire matter, Divisional Forest Officer of North Kheri Forest Division, Saurish Sahay said that instructions have been given to increase vigilance in the area. Besides, villagers are also being appealed to remain alert.
