Muzaffarpur. Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty had reached the inauguration of a jewelery shop at Kalambagh Chowk in Muzaffarpur, but now she is in trouble. Actually, a complaint has been filed in Muzaffarpur CJM Court against Shilpa Shetty, Muzaffarpur DM Subrata Sen, Honorable TM Kalyan of Kalyan Jewellers, Executive Director Ramesh Kalyan. Accepting this, the court has fixed the date of hearing on November 11. This matter has come into limelight.
Muzaffarpur’s well-known advocate Sudhir Ojha has filed a complaint in the CJM court. He told that on October 7, Kalyan Jewelers located at Kalambagh Chowk of the city was inaugurated, during which well-known film industry actress Shilpa Shetty attended the inauguration ceremony as the chief guest. Its inauguration was already being publicized. Despite this, Muzaffarpur District Officer did not take cognizance of this matter. Permission was given for the program there, whereas there is a lot of traffic at Kalambagh Chowk due to which the road is already very busy.

Traffic stopped on the road for 2 hours, people faced problems
At the time of inauguration, the road was blocked by the administration for almost 2 hours. Due to this the common people had to face a lot of difficulties. Not only this, the traffic signal installed there was also closed during the inauguration ceremony.

Hearing will be held on November 11, case against Shilpa Shetty and DM
In this case, sections 223, 189(7), 189(6), 191(1), 190, 280, 272, 198, 199(b) (c) of BNS against 4 people including actress Shilpa Shetty, DM Subrata Sen. A case has been registered under many other sections, the next hearing in this regard will be held on November 11.
