Lucknow: Today Narayan Sakar Hari alias Bhole Baba recorded his statement before the Judicial Commission in the case of 121 deaths due to stampede at the satsang in Hathras. Bhole Baba gave his statement at the Judicial Commission office in Janpath Market, Lucknow. During this period, strict security arrangements were made. During the recording of Bhole Baba’s statement, Janpath Market was kept closed till 1 pm due to security reasons. Police, PAC and paramilitary forces were deployed so that there was no lack of security.

Let us tell you that the name of Surajpal, also known as Narayan Sakar Hari, is not included in the FIR of Hathras incident. This FIR was registered after the stampede on July 2 in Phulrai village of Sikandrarau area.

Bhole Baba’s lawyer alleged that the stampede was not an ordinary accident but was part of a conspiracy against Sanatan Dharma. He said, “We have submitted before the Judicial Commission the names of the conspirators and also some CCTV footage, which reveals about the conspiracy.” Based on this statement and the CCTV footage, the Judicial Commission will now investigate further in this matter. , so that it can be known what actually caused the stampede and who was responsible behind it?

On July 3, the Uttar Pradesh government had constituted a three-member judicial commission under the chairmanship of a retired High Court judge to investigate the Hathras tragedy and the possibility of any conspiracy behind the stampede.

In the stampede case, the police had arrested 11 accused involved in organizing the program of self-styled Baba Surajpal. One of the accused, Manju Yadav, is currently out on bail on the orders of the Allahabad High Court.

Surajpal’s name is not mentioned as an accused in the FIR registered in this case. Police have registered sections 105 (culpable homicide not amounting to murder), 110 (attempt to commit culpable homicide not amounting to murder), 126 (2) (wrongful restraint), 223 (disobedience to order issued by public servant) of the Indian Justice Code (BNS) in this case. And an FIR was registered under section 238 (causing destruction of evidence).

A total of 121 people were killed in a stampede that broke out after the satsang of Surajpal alias Bhole Baba alias Narayan Sakar Hari in Phulrai village of Sikandrarau area of ​​Hathras on July 2 this year. Most of those who died were women.

Government agencies including the police have accused the organizers of mismanagement of the event. He said that the organizers had taken permission to organize the program saying that 80 thousand people would participate, but a crowd of 2.5 lakh people gathered there.

However, Bhole Baba’s lawyer has claimed that the stampede was caused by ‘some poisonous substance’ sprayed by ‘some unknown people’.
