She has become the first student not only in the state but also in the country to obtain the degree of Doctor of Public Health (Dr.PH) in Hair Treatment, which was awarded to her in New Delhi on Sunday.
journey of a life full of struggle
While talking to Local 18 about the struggle of her life, Ginny Devalia of The Artist Unisex Salon Training Center told that when she was only 13 years old, she was deprived of the shadow of her parents. Even the grandparents who were raising them are no more. Despite this, he did not give up and struggled to achieve his goal. Moving towards self-reliance, she always said, “I have fought with challenges, that is why I am standing here.”
Started career at 13 years
Started his career by becoming a caretaker at the age of just 13. Luckily, a family helped her and on the strength of her hard work and dedication, she made her mark in the world of beauty. This journey was not easy. Being the only girl, people always had their eyes on her, but some friends supported her like parents. He encouraged me and made me so strong that I could fight every difficulty. Some members of the family left him after the death of his parents, but the friends who supported him became his real family.
Degree journey in hair treatment
Ginny tells that she always used to work on hair treatment. First she would do this treatment on herself, and only when she got good results, she would try it on clients. When everything was closed during Covid, he stayed at home and did many new treatments and gave online classes. He used old and new remedies to get rid of people’s complaints like hairfall, lack of growth, and baldness.
When he thought that he should get a degree in this field, he could not find any university in India which offers a degree in hair treatment. Someone suggested him Boston University, where he got a degree after three years of research. Despite not completing his studies without his parents, he achieved this position with 15 years of hard work.
Hair transplant cost and its solution
Dr. Jini says that hair transplant costs a lot, which is not possible for the common man. In such a situation, if the hair is protected without chemicals and is protected from falling, then it is very beneficial. He worked for this purpose. Jini says that the secret of always smiling is that when there is a lot of pain, it gives strength to fight oneself. He says, “When pain starts becoming more painful than pain, then pain itself starts washing its wounds.”
