Hamirpur. Police has revealed the murder of a woman in a moving car in Hamirpur district of Uttar Pradesh. The person who committed the murder turned out to be the woman’s real brother. He had conspired to kill his sister and brother-in-law and their entire family. For this he had given a betel nut worth Rs 10 lakh. The sister had eloped with her brother-in-law and got married, because of this the brother was burning in the fire of hatred.
Actually, the sister had married her brother’s brother-in-law in 2009. The accused was feeling insulted by this. He was planning to kill his sister for 15 years. Now in this case the police have arrested the main accused and one other from Gohand. The entire incident took place on 22 September. The neighboring tenant was taking Meenu alias Aman Yadav, a resident of Kanpur Dehat, by car on the pretext of taking her to Chitrakoot darshan. Aman was accompanied by her husband Suraj and two children. Neighbor attacked by strangulation in Rath, Hamirpur. The husband saved his life by jumping from the car. But, the accused killed Meenu alias Aman. At the same time, they strangulated one of her children and threw her on the road and ran away and took the other child to Auraiya. The police arrested the main accused of the incident and his real brother Dharmendra Yadav. Other accused are being searched. Suraj Singh is the brother-in-law of accused Dharmendra, Meenu had married him for the second time.
Brother did not like Meenu coming to her parents’ house.
SP Deeksha Sharma told that Meenu’s maternal home was in Kanpur rural area. Her in-laws house was in Jalaun. Meenu was married to a man named Lallu in 2002. Whereas Meenu’s brother Dharmendra got married in 2007. After marriage, Dharmendra’s brother-in-law Suraj’s visits to the house increased. Meanwhile, the closeness between Suraj and Meenu also increased. Both of them had a love affair and both ran away from home. These people stayed in Gujarat for a long time. Had two children – Shiv (10) and daughter Pari (2.5). Then these people came back to Kanpur. Started living in a rented house there. Sometimes Meenu also used to visit her maternal home in Kanpur Dehat. Her brother did not like Meenu coming to her parents’ house.
This is how the murder conspiracy was hatched.
According to the police, as part of a conspiracy, brother Dharmendra sent one of his acquaintances, Chatur Singh, to live in the neighborhood of his sister’s house. Chatur Singh gradually became close to Meenu’s family. He won everyone’s trust. Chatur Singh asked Suraj to visit Chitrakoot with the entire family, on which the entire family agreed. Chatur Singh gave complete information to his other colleagues as per the plan. Chatur Singh along with Suraj’s family left for Chitrakoot by car on 21st September. He made a young man named Veer Singh sit in the car, calling him his brother-in-law. After that, calling a young man named Jagmohan as his uncle, he took him in the car from Johlupur in Jalaun. All these people had just reached Rath police station area of Hamirpur, when the two youths sitting behind tried to tie a cloth around the neck of Meenu and her husband.
Search continues for absconding accused
Husband Suraj somehow jumped out of the car, but Meenu died. After this, he was thrown from the car and his head was crushed so that it could not be identified. These people also strangulated a child and threw him out of the car, thinking he was dead, and took the other girl to Auraiya. But, both the children were alive, which were seen by the people nearby. Meanwhile, Suraj Singh reached the nearby police station and informed about the entire matter. SP Deeksha Sharma said, Dharmendra Singh and Jagmohan were arrested by the police on Wednesday. Driver Sanjeev had already been arrested by the police. Chatur Singh and Veer Singh are still absconding. Police is interrogating all the accused. Strict action will be taken against everyone. Police is searching for the absconding accused.
