Pt. Vijayshankar Mehta
I meet many mothers and sisters who have neither entered old age nor have left youth. This is called mature age in conversation. Many people also call it ‘mid-age crisis’. These mothers and sisters say that we have done a lot for our family and children. Gave up my life.
Now we don’t even have time to spare. In such a situation, there is a feeling of emptiness and sadness, because it seems that the people of our house probably do not need us anymore. Men are also sometimes found making such complaints. When you feel empty and sad in adulthood, then do three things.
First, worship a lot. Secondly, connect worship with service. Don’t do puja just by sitting at home. You can undertake any service in a temple, which is convenient according to your age. Apart from this, take time to learn something new. If you do these three things, you will come out of the danger of adulthood.
