Early Life:

Political Career of Giorgia Meloni:

Meloni began her political career as a member of the youth wing of the National Alliance, a center-right political party in Italy. In 2002, she was elected to the Rome City Council and later served as a spokesperson for the party.
With the transformation of the National Alliance into the People of Freedom party, and subsequently the merger of the People of Freedom party into The People of Freedom (PdL) in 2009, Meloni continued to be an active member.
