Under the first phase, construction of about nine kilometers of expressway is going on from near DND flyover of Delhi to Kalindi Kunj. Of these, seven kilometers are elevated, which is likely to be completed by March 2025. After this, along with Agra Canal, Sector-37 came near the crematorium and got connected to the bypass. In the second phase, it is 24 kilometers till Malarena Bridge. The third part is 26 kilometers from Malerna Bridge to Sohna.

The work of Delhi-Mumbai Expressway under construction on the bypass in Faridabad has been completed. Only load testing work is left. Which will be completed soon. There is a possibility that it will be opened to the general public around Diwali.

Faridabad bypass will be available as soon as you cross the Badarpur border. If you want to go towards Rajasthan, then through this bypass you will be able to go directly to Delhi Mumbai Expressway and from there you will be able to reach your destination Rajasthan. That means, if you are not getting confirmed tickets in trains then road route would be a better option.
