Chaudhary Charan Singh University synthetic track will be built in Meerut central government provide fund

Meerut. There is good news for the young player belonging to Western Uttar Pradesh. Now you can shape your future only by living in Meerut. Young players will now get the facility of synthetic track in Meerut itself. Due to lack of synthetic track in Meerut, players had to go to other states including Delhi.

Players will soon start getting this facility in the sports complex operated in the Chaudhary Charan Singh University campus itself. While giving information to Local 18, Chaudhary Charan Singh University’s press spokesperson Mitendra Kumar Gupta said that the funds have been made available by the Central Government under PM Usha Yojana. A synthetic track will be constructed with this amount.

Central government has made available Rs 100 crore

University press spokesperson Mitendra Kumar Gupta told Local 18 that under the PM Usha scheme, the central government has provided Rs 100 crore to the university. The Central Government has released most of the amount under this scheme. He said that this amount will be used in sports, education, quality, research and other activities. In such a situation, as per the budget so far, a 400 meter synthetic track will be built in the university campus at a total cost of Rs 14 crore. All young players will benefit from this synthetic track.

Youth will be able to practice on synthetic track

CCSU Sports Officer Gulab Singh Ruhal told Local 18 that if the players of Western Uttar Pradesh get a synthetic track in the Chaudhary Charan Singh University campus, then they will be able to perform even better in the game in the future. Till now it is seen that players have to turn to other states including Delhi to practice. With the facility of synthetic track here, time will be saved and we will be able to focus more on practice. He told that the university administration had made and sent such a proposal long ago. At present, the sports ground of the university will be updated as a synthetic track.

There will be a synthetic track of 400 meters.

If we talk about Meerut in western Uttar Pradesh, the players here are proudly making India proud in various types of international competitions. But, till now they have not been able to get the facility of synthetic track. This synthetic track that will be built in CCS will be of 400 meters. However, for many years, paperwork has been going on regarding the process of making a synthetic track in Kailash Prakash Stadium of Meerut itself. But, it has not been able to reach the ground yet. In such a situation, the youth are currently hopeful that they will get this facility in the Chaudhary Charan Singh University campus.
