संजय राउत के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज, लाडली बहना योजना के बारे में भ्रामक टिप्पणी फैलाने का आरोप

Bhopal: Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray) MP Sanjay Raut’s troubles may increase once again. Madhya Pradesh Police on Wednesday filed an FIR against Raut for allegedly making misleading remarks about the state government’s flagship Laadli Brahmin scheme.

What is the whole matter?

Deputy Commissioner of Police Akhil Patel said that on the complaint of BJP Mahila Morcha District Unit President Vandana Jachak and Vice President Sushma Chauhan, the Bhopal Crime Branch has registered a case against Raut on Wednesday evening. In fact, Raut had claimed that the Madhya Pradesh government’s Ladli Behna scheme has been stopped because it is only a political game. It is noteworthy that MP government gives Rs 1,250 every month to women beneficiaries.

Under which sections the case was registered?

Raut has been booked under sections 353 (2) (disseminating statements containing false information) and 356 (2) (defamation) of the Indian Code of Justice (BNS). The FIR lodged against Raut states that his aim is to tarnish the image of CM Mohan Yadav and hurt the sentiments of women beneficiaries.

The scheme was also started in Maharashtra

The Maharashtra government had launched a scheme in August on the lines of the Madhya Pradesh government’s scheme, naming it Mukhyamantri Manjhi Ladki Behan Yojana. Under this scheme, financial assistance of Rs 1,500 is given every month to eligible women aged 21 to 65 years. Madhya Pradesh’s ‘Ladli Brahmin Yojana’ was started by the then Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan. Later when Mohan Yadav became CM, he continued this scheme.

Ever since the Ladli Brahmin Yojana was started, this amount of respect is being sent continuously every month to the accounts of 1.29 crore sisters of the state. Due to fear of defeat in Maharashtra elections, Uddhav’s party wants to trick the sisters, only the sisters will answer in this election.
