Nagaur: Now innovation will start in government schools on the lines of private schools. Parents will also be able to see the talent of children. Now the participation of parents of children studying in government schools will be increased in schools. For this, ‘Children’s Celebrations’ will be organized in government schools under the New Education Policy 2020.

CBEO Nauratan Nayak and ACBEO Rajuram Khadav said that positive and active participation of the parents of the children will be ensured. Under this, parents will be invited to watch and participate in some activities carried out by their children in the school.

Activity will take place in 51,977 primary and upper primary schools
Children’s functions will be organized in 51,977 primary and upper primary schools of Rajasthan. In the ‘Children’s Festival’ organized in schools, there will be activities like cultural, sports, literary, debate, impromptu speech, essay, quiz, English Antakshari etc. In sports competitions, singing, dancing and drama activities including Kho-Kho, Kabaddi spoon race, 100 meter race, handkerchief snatching will be organised.

Parents and public representatives will be invited
Parents and public representatives will be invited to watch and encourage students participating in these competitions. The visit of parents and public representatives to the school will create awareness among them about the children and will also create a feeling of belongingness towards the school.

There will be literary, sports and cultural programs
Let us tell you that parents of children studying in private schools have been participating in the programs organized in schools for years. This has a positive impact on children and parents. Along with this, parents are also able to know the talent of their child by participating in these programs. On the same lines, now parents of children studying in government schools will also be able to participate in the ‘Bal Samaroh’. A prize of Rs 25 each will be given to the student and his team coming first in the literary, sports and cultural programs organized in the ‘Children’s Festival’.
