A large number of people come here to watch the Aarti. Especially on Sundays, lakhs of people participate in the Aarti here. Aarti takes place daily in Rishikesh and Haridwar, but this is not the case with Vasudev Ghat in Delhi. Yamuna Aarti takes place here only on Sunday and Tuesday. Crowd of tourists is seen at Vasudev Ghat on both the days. Aarti time is 6 pm.

Tourists get a chance to participate in the Aarti as well as other activities at Vasudev Ghat. Tourists can spend time comfortably on the stairs built on the banks of the ghat. There are also traditional umbrellas for sitting here. There is a park near this ghat, which attracts a lot of tourists. Many types of flowers have been planted in the park and many small resting places are also present. There is also a bathing pond here, in which a bell weighing about 300 kg is installed and the idol of Yamuna is also installed.
While talking to Local 18, a local resident said that when Aarti takes place on two days of the week, the beauty of the place becomes visible. A large number of people come to enjoy this aarti. After Aarti, tourists also visit nearby places.

You can reach here by car, bus, rickshaw. You can choose the means as per your convenience. If we talk about metro, the nearest one will be Kashmere Gate metro station. For this one will have to exit from metro gate number 5 or 6. Apart from this, there is also ISBT Kashmiri Gate near the ghat.
