Fire broke out in Shahdara, Delhi
New Delhi: A house caught fire in Shahdara area of Delhi on Friday. Two people present in the house were burnt alive due to the fire. Two burnt bodies have been recovered from the house. While two children have been rescued. According to the fire department, a fire was reported in a house in Shahdara at 5.24 am today. After this, 6 fire engines and teams went to the spot.
Two bodies were taken out of the house
When the fire broke out in the house, four people were present there. Of these, two burnt bodies were taken out while two children were rescued and sent to the hospital. This fire broke out in the third and fourth floors of the building. According to the information, the family could not come out due to the fire.
Four people got burnt in the fire
According to the information, a fire broke out in a house located in Bholanath Nagar this morning. The house belongs to Manish Gupta. Four people were burnt to death in the fire and have been admitted to GTB Hospital. The injured have been identified as Kailash Gupta (72 years), Bhagwati Gupta (70 years), Manish Gupta (45 years), Parth Gupta (19 years). The deceased have been identified as Shilpi Gupta (42 years old), Pranav Gupta (16 years old).

The fire department said that the injured and the deceased are members of the same family. The victim’s family runs an electric appliance shop in Bhagiratha Palace. The cause of the fire has not been identified. At present the police is investigating the matter.
There has been a fire before
Earlier in the month of March also, a massive fire broke out in a house in Shahdara area. According to the police, it was a residential building with four floors and parking. Some seven people were rescued by the police. These included three men, four women and two children. Cars were set on fire in the circuit room in the underground parking lot.
