The Congress party has released another list of candidates on Monday night. This list contains the names of candidates for Jharkhand and Maharashtra assembly elections. In the list released by Congress, names of two candidates from Jharkhand and four candidates from Maharashtra have been announced. Let us tell you that the two seats in Jharkhand for which names of candidates have been declared are Bokaro and Dhanbad assembly seats. Apart from this, the four seats in Maharashtra where candidates have been declared are Akola West, Colaba, Solapur City Central and Kolhapur North assembly seats.

Candidates declared on these seats

According to the list released by the Congress Party, Shweta Singh has been given ticket on Bokaro seat of Jharkhand and Ajay Dubey has been given ticket on Dhanbad seat. Talking about Maharashtra, the names of Sajid Khan Mannan Khan on Akola West seat, Hira Dewasi on Colaba seat, Chetan Narote on Solapur City Central seat and Madhurimaraje Malojiraje Chhatrapati on Kolhapur North seat have been announced. Let us tell you that on Kolhapur North seat, Congress has given ticket to Madhurimaraje Malojiraje Chhatrapati in place of Rajesh Bharat Latkar.

The list was also released on Sunday

Earlier on Sunday, Congress had released the fourth list of candidates for Maharashtra Assembly elections. The names of 14 Congress candidates were included in this list. In this, Ashok Jadhav was given the ticket from Andheri West in place of Sachin Sawant. Sachin Sawant had expressed his displeasure on Sunday morning due to not getting candidature from this seat and had said that the ticket should be given to a local person.

Voting on 20th November

Let us tell you that voting for 288 assembly seats of Maharashtra will be held in a single phase on November 20. The results will be announced on November 23. There is currently a Mahayuti coalition government in Maharashtra, headed by Shiv Sena’s Eknath Shinde. Apart from Shiv Sena, BJP and NCP led by Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar are also included in this alliance. On the other hand, the opposition alliance is MVA. This includes Shiv Sena (UBT) led by Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray, Congress and NCP (SP) led by senior leader Sharad Pawar. Talking about the results of 2019 assembly elections, BJP had fielded 165 candidates and became the largest party by winning 105 seats.
