Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav on Thursday launched the Sampada-2.0 portal and app developed on the new system of e-registry and e-registration. During this, Mohan Yadav said that the Digital India Mission started by Prime Minister Narendra Modi is now fulfilling every need of the common people like Kalpavriksha. Innovations like zero balance account, online transactions and e-registry have made everyone’s life simple and easy.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that in this series, the innovation of “Sampada-2.0” based on new technology will become a milestone of digital revolution in online document registration in Madhya Pradesh. The whole country will follow this innovation. Earlier, one had to come to the office for document registration and other works in the state, but through the portal and app, everyone will be able to avail this facility from home.

Center gave two tasks to Madhya Pradesh – Mohan Yadav

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that the Central Government has assigned two new important tasks to Madhya Pradesh. In this, the GIS work of 120 cities will be completed by the IT Department through the Department of Science and Technology. Besides, we are going to establish GIS labs in all the districts of the state. The state will benefit from this. The Chief Minister said that Madhya Pradesh is making a lot of progress in the field of IT. With innovation in IT, Madhya Pradesh government will move towards paperless system.

Features of Sampada-2.0

Describing the features of “Sampada-2.0”, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav said that “Sampada-2.0” is a software based on advanced technology. In this, along with Revenue Finance Department and Urban Administration, GST and Unique ID Aadhaar has also been integrated. Collector guideline rate of land can be known through location in the app. The software will allow GIC mapping of property, biometric identification and formatting of documents. Personal presence will not be required for registration of documents. Document verification and registration can be done sitting at home. The soft copy of the document will be received by the applicant through WhatsApp and email.

Mohan Yadav said that the state is continuously innovating under the guidance of Prime Minister Modi. In this direction, the new system of Sampada-2.0 is being implemented in the state as per the wish of Prime Minister Shri Modi, keeping in mind the ease of living. This will make the registration system easy, simple and corruption-free. Citizens will get the benefit of the new system of e-registration and e-stamping. People will also be able to sell and register their property sitting at home. With this system, online registries can be done not only in the state but also from outside the state and the country. This will save the common man’s time and also provide relief from unnecessary charges.

Communication with e-registrants

Chief Minister Mohan Yadav launched the new software of e-registration and e-stamping “Sampada-2.0” and also had a virtual conversation with the citizens taking its benefits. Surendra Singh Chakrawat from Hong Kong told the Chief Minister that through “Sampada-2.0” he had got the “Power of Attorney” document registered in Ratlam from Hong Kong. Similarly, 78 year old Dr. Shakti Malik, born in Jabalpur and currently residing in Delhi, also got the “Power of Attorney” document registered online through “Sampada-2.0”. While talking to the Chief Minister, Dr. Malik said that he is very happy with this new arrangement made in Madhya Pradesh. He said that the work which I had to do by going to Ratlam, was done sitting in Delhi.
