Ratan Tata Passed Away: Ratan Tata, Honorary Chairman of Tata Sons, is no more among us. Ratan Tata is the name who took the country’s oldest business house Tata Group to a new level. His name is not only in the business world but is also on the lips of every child and old man in the country. Ratan Tata was as big a businessman as he was a philanthropist and philanthropist. Ratan Tata has always been conscious about his company and its employees. During an interview, Ratan Tata had mentioned the incident that gangsters wanted to harm the business of Tata Motors. The gangster was assaulting and threatening Tata Motors employees to harm them. Ratan Tata himself took charge to stop the gangster. He told that within 15 days of assuming the post of Chairman of Tata Sons, there was a stir in Tata Motors. There was a situation of work being stopped there. This incident was of the year 1980.
Actually, a video had gone viral on social media in 2015, in which he had told about the entire incident in an interview. A gangster was trying to extort money from the employees of his company Tata Motors. He was creating difficulties in the work of Tata Motors. Was trying to create division among the employees. He had taken about 2000 employees of the company with him. Along with causing division and intimidation, the gangster was also assaulting Tata Motors employees and threatening them to stop work. The rest of the employees stopped work due to fear of gangsters. The gangster wanted to take over the union of Tata Motors and organize a strike of the employees in the company, but Ratan Tata did not want to let this happen.
Then did Ratan Tata himself reach the plant? Stay there for several days. Assured the employees that he is with them. He kept encouraging the employees, motivating them to start working again. Due to the efforts of Ratan Tata, the gangster was caught. Work started again in the plant also. With this, a new beginning of strong relations between the company and the employees was also started in Tata.
