Suhail Seth said in an interview that in February 2018, the British royal family wanted to honor Ratan Tata with the Life Time Achievement Award. Prince Charles himself was going to award him this title. But, Ratan Tata refused to come and the reason he gave behind it touched the heart of Prince Charles.

Suhail Seth told that while narrating this interesting story, on 6 February 2018, Prince Charles was going to honor Ratan Tata with the Life Time Achievement Award in Britain. This grand event was to be held at Buckingham Palace. I landed at London Airport on 3rd February. During this time, when I checked my phone, there were 11 missed calls from Ratan Tata on my mobile.”

Suhail Seth was surprised to hear the answer

Suhail Seth said that when I called Ratan Tata back, he said, Suhail, I will not be able to come to this award function. Tango and Tito are ill so I will not be able to come to this award function. Because I can’t leave them alone in this situation.”

What did Prince Charles say in praise?

Suhail Seth was surprised to hear that Ratan Tata is not coming to such a big event because his dogs are sick. Suhail Seth said that when I told this to Prince Charles, he said, ‘That’s a man’, that is, this is a person who is so concerned about his loved ones.
