So many registries are happening daily
According to the information received from the registry office, around 350 registries are taking place daily in Noida and Greater Noida during Navratri 2024. Whereas last year in 2023, during these days, this figure was around 100. If we talk about normal days, there are 30 to 35 registries every day in these two cities. In such a situation, the purchase of flats and houses has increased manifold this time.

why is everyone taking home
The reason for increase in registry is not only because of people’s desire to own a house, but also because of Amitabh Kant Policy, thousands of buyers have got the opportunity to register their projects which were stuck for a long time. This is the reason why buyers who have been waiting for the registration of flats for a long time do not want to miss this opportunity. Real estate developers believe that this trend may intensify till Diwali.

Registry boom in festive season
The time of Navratri and Diwali holds special significance for Indian families. People consider it very auspicious to buy a new property during this time and get it registered at an auspicious time. According to the information received from the Registry Department, on an average 350 registries are taking place every day and this figure is likely to increase rapidly till Diwali.

What do officials say
ADM Administration, Atul Kumar says in this matter that if compared with last year’s Navratri figures, this time there have been three times more registrations. More than two thousand registries have been done so far. It is also expected that a total of about five thousand flats and houses will be registered by Diwali. On the other hand, according to Ashwini Kumar of Pyramid Infratech, as the festive season is auspicious for investment and buying a house, apart from Gurugram, the real estate market of NCR is witnessing tremendous excitement due to the festive season. At the same time, Prateek Tiwari, Managing Director of Prateek Group, says that the real estate market in Delhi-NCR is emerging rapidly. Many reports suggest that buyers are demanding more luxury homes instead of the usual 1 and 2 BHK.

Discounts and offers are also the reason
One of the big reasons for purchasing a home during Navratri is that many private builders have come up with many discounts and other offers during the festive season. Neeraj Sharma, MD, Ascon Infra Realtors, says that there are many such offers going on that this year, if you invest in properties of 3000 square feet or larger, you are being given lift installation or a debit note of Rs 6 lakh. . Nandani Garg, Director, Rajdarbar Ventures, says that on the occasion of this festival, such offers are also being given to the buyers in which customers can win luxury cars worth up to Rs 15 lakh in the lucky draw. Therefore, home buyers are moving towards buying property in this season to make a difference.

Buyers’ interest increased in auspicious time
The atmosphere of the registry is completely different this year in Greater Noida and Noida. Many buyers, who were waiting for the registration of their flats for years, are now getting the registration done immediately in view of the auspicious time of Navratri. People believe that buying and registering a house during festivals is auspicious. This is why the registry department is expecting the same enthusiasm till Diwali.

Registry journey started from April
After the implementation of Amitabh Kant Policy at the beginning of this year, the way was cleared for registration of about 65 thousand flats in Greater Noida and Noida. There has been a rise in the registry figures since April and this number is increasing rapidly during the auspicious time of Navratri. More than 5000 flats are likely to be registered by Diwali, which will be a new record compared to the last few years.
