दुर्गापूजा को लेकर गोपालगंज में नया ट्रैफिक प्लान लागू, घर से निकलने से पहले देख ले रूट

Gopalganj: In view of the huge crowd in the city during the Durga Puja fair in Gopalganj, Bihar, the district administration has implemented a new traffic plan. Under this scheme, entry of big vehicles in the city has been banned from 3:00 pm till night. If any vehicle is required to pass through Gopalganj city, then its route has been diverted.

Superintendent of Police Awadhesh Dixit has also issued guidelines along with this new traffic plan. Barricading has been done at all the entry points and police forces have been deployed there. After 3:00 pm, big vehicles will not be allowed to enter the city under any circumstances. Parking places for small vehicles have also been earmarked for the devotees, so that parking of vehicles is prohibited at various places.

This time, due to the non-construction of the city’s most famous Raja Dal pandal, permission has been given to park vehicles on Station Road.

Gopalganj has seven main entry points into the city, where people enter:

Route diversion information
Kaushalya Chowk: All vehicles coming from here will go through the police station bypass.
From Hajiapur and Jadavpur: All trains will go via Banjari.
From Arar Mod: to Ambedkar Chowk, from Kaushalya Chowk to Ambedkar Chowk, from Hajiyapur Mod to Block Road, from Sadhu Chowk to Jadopur Chowk, from Banjari to Post Office, motorcycles, tots and four-wheelers are banned.

The road from Ghosh Mod to Maunia Chowk via Purani Chowk has been made one way. Devotees will enter from Ghosh Mod and leave for Maunia Chowk, whereas there will be no entry from Maunia Chowk. If the passengers coming from the railway station are by bike, then they will have to leave from Kaushalya Chowk instead of coming towards Harkhua. Vehicles coming from Barharia will be stopped after the railway crossing.
